Key Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in various outdoor construction and excavation environments
- Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 80 lbs. (e.g., bags of cement, tools, forms).
- Able to kneel and crawl to access work areas.
- Able to work in the elements for extended periods of time.
Employment Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites in Chester County, PA.
- Must have the basic hand tools for the trade
- Previous experience in concrete finishing, stamping, or general construction is preferred, but we will train hardworking individuals.
Job Duration:
Consistent seasonal employment from early Spring through late Fall/early Winter, weather permitting, with overtime opportunities available.
Rate of Pay:
Rate of $25-$45 per hour based on experience (with many overtime opportunities).
